I’ve now bought four packs of Copplestone Castings Regular Chinese Cavalry in Peaked Caps to add to my project, which I’ve decided to get started over the summer while I’m away in France. I already had two figures, one an officer and one a trooper left over from my now sold off Japanese army, so I can add them to the four packs I’ve bought to build a unit of the full eighteen figures. As there are only four variants of the castings, I will need to do some head swaps and conversions to add a bit of variety to the unit, one of which will be a standard bearer which is a simple hand swap operation. I’m looking forward to getting started on this project next month.
