I have had a pre-publication look over of these campaign rules for the Sino Japanese War by David Manley of Long Face Games. The system is very similar to his other pre-dreadnought campaign supplements for use with Broadside and Salvo,  which is a very good set of fast play rules that I’ve enjoyed playing solo and against opponents. I think this could very well be a solo project for next year, using the Tumbling Dice 1/2400th range, which I already have in the lead pile. Excellent!
