Whenever I go on a cruise, I always look for things that I can use for wargaming … and this cruise yielded some very good items. In Tallinn I bought several ready-painted resin buildings:

Tallinn’s famous Town Hall. The 15mm Essex Miniatures figure give some idea how big the model is.

Some of the buildings in Tallinn – such as the Saiakang Street House – are much smaller than those shown above.

Tallinn’s famous Viru Gate. The stonework has been painted gloss silver(!) and will need to be repainted before it can be used on a tabletop battlefield.

Whilst in Visby, I acquired a small model of the Santa Maria church …

… and a pack playing cards that were decorated with views of Gotland.
