Hier möchte ich einen Brief präsentieren dessen Inhalt meiner Meinung nach den Codex zu einem besseren machten könnte.
Dieser Brief ist nicht um seiner Rechtschreibung oder seiner englischen Grammatik hier veröffentlicht sondern nur um eine
Meinung oder Diskussion über die Ideen ins rollen zu bringen.
Ich gehe davon aus das die Menschen bei GW schlechtes Englisch verstehen und ich gehe davon aus das sie den Sinn in den Änderungen
verstehen ohne das ich jede noch so kleine Eventualität berücksichtigt habe die evtl passieren kann, einfach gesagt ich gehe davon aus das
sie professionell genug sind um mitzudenken, dementsprechend habe ich formuliert.

My name is Thomas and im an old guy from germany so my english is mediocre but my suggestions are not, we are efficient 🙂
I started approx 20 years ago, of course with sisters.
After some years i had to ditch the hobby for the sake of work and life issues.
With the 8th i started recently with DG and Imperial soup.

Acts of faith:

Dont make them random, in an army of strategy and tactics is randomness the greatest poison. With low toughness and low melee
potential i need to have a reliable source of options. The acts are okay.

Solution: Different tiers. 1 faithpoint for low impact acts 2 faithpoints for middle impact acts and so on

Shield of faith:

I will never block a Psipower with that, the 6++ is a nice goodie.

Solution: fine

UNITS:

GENERAL HQ ISSUES:

We do have books and lore and we do have need of HQ options. Give us Ephrael Stern or the girls from the
James Swallow novels like Mirya or Saint Praxeds with a cool tyranid themed ability. EVen the one fallen Sister
can come back as a repentia HQ or as pentient engine. Oh boy the possibiltys

Celestine:

Back to index. Only named character. Needs to be very good.

Canoness:

for the love of the emperor give her a jumppack option

Uriah Jacobus:

fine

Missionary:

fine

Battle Sister Squad:

fine
Simulacrum Imperialis should read: After perfoming an AoF with this unit roll a die. On a result of x+ you get back one (1) faithpoint spent.

Geminae Superior:

No need for this unit after rewinding Celestine to Index

Repentia Squad:

fine but why do they have to take a worse sword?

Mistress of Repentance:

Repentias can charge with the buff out of her bubble range i dont think that is smart. fluffy maybe but not good.
Maybe she is a generous Mistress and grants herself her own buff.

Celestian Squad:

Hear me out. „Every model is armed with a stormshild and an energy mace“ HOW AWESOME LOOKING WOULD THAT BE?
The Bodyguard ability can stay the same and voila u have real bodyguards who can stand on their own in melee. with power armour.

Preachers:

Hospitaler:

fine

Dialogus:

+1 LD at the start of your turn faithpoint on X+

Arco-Flaggelants:

fine (awesome)

Crusaders:

low budget Celestians in this scenario

Death Cult Assassins:

That was a hard one. easy fix. Infiltration of some kind. I really dont see why anyone would pick them if unchangend, ever

Seraphim Squad:

I want to love them but i cant.
Remember the „fall back rule“? wasnt that nice and tricky and unique?
The weapon loadout is classic but dont work with your best stratagems.
Flamer 12″ is cool but i cant combine it with the trinity stratagem. Faith and fury for flamer ladys from the sky to make
up for the Strenght 3 flamer? nope dont work if shocked.
Canoness with jumppack could help (pleeeeeease)

Dominion Squad:

Exorcist:

+1d6 Shots if stationary or moved half his movement OR
2d6 shots pick highest OR/AND
can targed units out of sight
I know SoB are no long range army but cmon THE iconic vehicle (like the iconic celestine) has to be good

Sorry. Useless. But maybe there has to be weaker options. Then. fine. Maybe im not smart
enough to see the real benefit.

Righteous Rage:

With my suggestions for Celestians or the Jumpy-Canoness I can see its usefulness

Executioner of Heretics:

Not even the Nightlords have enough options to lower the enemies LD

Beacon of faith:

Make it d3 without a gamble roll.

Indomitable belief:

Why shouldnt i pick this?

Pure of will:

If combined with relic i see its use.

Resumee for Warlord traits:

I really want to get in close range. i really dont want to get in to much close combat. Some of the traits might work
in other armys.

Simulacrum Imperialis is doing it now, just worse. Maybe as full refund of faithpoints in 6″?
