My son’s first unit done… Romans!

Hey all!

Well, my son and I finished up his first unit of wargames figures!

Now, he started playing Rome Total War a while back, and so decided that he wanted an army of Romans.  We picked up a couple of boxed sets of Warlord Games Romans, and went to town!

I decided we’d go SUPER simple with these; just a base coat and then dip.  Eventually I’ll show him how to start highlighting after that, but he is only 5, so…

Overall I think they turned out great!  If you look closely you can see „mistakes“ but overall he did a great job, and was SUPER willing to go back and correct stuff.

Here they are on the workbench.

So!  One unit down, four more (and a scorpion) to go!
